On Ramp

The On Ramp program is designed to prepare new members for starting the CrossFit program.  The program consists of 5 sessions covering many of the basic movements that will be used during the regular CrossFit classes.  Each session will focus on technique for a different set of movements and will end with a WOD (Workout of the Day).  New members who have not done CrossFit before will need to complete the 5 On Ramp sessions prior to attending a CrossFit class.  This is also a great refresher for anyone wanting to get back into CrossFit after some time off. 

Group CrossFit

Our group CF classes mix a high level of intensity with a fun and electric atmosphere. Our coaches pride themselves not only on giving an exceptional service to our members but also a friendship that last through the years. Our program is second to none in our area and will get you the results you want in a timely manner. Please dont think this is a quick fix, Ionic CrossFit is a lifestyle change. For a better, more healthier life and a level of fitness that your friends and family will envy.  

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
