When there is built in rest you know we want you to Sprint. Tailor barbell weight so you can perform all 10 lunges unbroken but do go easy on your self choose a moderately heavy weight. Tailor T2B modification as hard as possible so we can get to the desired movement, if that means it takes a couple sets to complete all reps then so be it but aim to make the lunges and T2B a little more challenging today.
