On Ramp

The On Ramp program is designed to prepare new members for starting the CrossFit program.  The program consists of 5 sessions covering many of the basic movements that will be used during the regular CrossFit classes.  Each session will focus on technique for a different set of movements and will end with a WOD (Workout of the Day).  New members who have not done CrossFit before will need to complete the 5 On Ramp sessions prior to attending a CrossFit class.  This is also a great refresher for anyone wanting to get back into CrossFit after some time off. This one time fee is $150.
